Correct answer
- BCuando la cilindrada del motor sea superior a los 50 cm³.When its engine capacity is more than 50 cm³.
According to the definitions in Annex II of the General Vehicle Regulations, a two-wheeled motorcycle has an engine capacity of more than 50 cm³, if it is an internal combustion engine, and/or a maximum design speed of more than 45 km/h. Having more than 50 cm³ is enough; the speed threshold is 45 km/h, not 40.
