Correct answer
- CSí, siempre que la ayuda no esté ya organizada.Yes, unless help is already organised.
Drivers and other users of public roads are obliged in all cases to help the victims of a road accident and to cooperate, as far as possible, in finding out its possible causes, and they must always help any injured people. They are exempt from stopping if help is already organised and the medical services have already been alerted.
