Correct answer

  • CCuando por emergencia o avería se circule a velocidad anormalmente reducida. When, because of an emergency or a breakdown, you are driving at an abnormally low speed.
Explanation

Drivers of vehicles with a maximum authorised mass of no more than 3,500 kg who, for emergency reasons, are driving at an abnormally low speed and seriously disrupting traffic must drive on the right-hand hard shoulder, or on the smallest necessary part of the carriageway. If they are not disrupting traffic, they must drive in the right-hand lane. When these drivers are on a motorway or dual carriageway, they must leave it at the first exit.
