Stopping or parking in dangerous places or places that seriously obstruct traffic includes cases that create a risk or obstacle to traffic, such as on central reservations, separators, traffic islands or other traffic channelling features. It would also be considered to seriously obstruct traffic when done in a PROHIBITED place on a road classed as a priority-attention road. In loading and unloading areas, stopping is allowed during their hours of use, and outside those hours both stopping and parking are allowed.
