Under Article 122.2 of the General Traffic Regulations (as worded by RD 518/2026), the following must always walk on the right: those pushing or pulling a cycle, a two-wheeled moped or a personal mobility vehicle (PMV), any group of pedestrians led by one person, and those who, for safety reasons, should not walk on the left.
