Correct answer
- Blos vehículos de personas con movilidad reducida.vehicles for people with reduced mobility.
Under Article 36.1 of the General Traffic Regulations, vehicles for people with reduced mobility, like cycles, mopeds or special vehicles of up to 3,500 kg, must use the hard shoulder on their right if there is no special road or lane for them and the hard shoulder is usable; if it is not, they must use only the part of the carriageway that is strictly necessary.
