What characteristics must vehicles with the '0 emissions' environmental label have?
- ASer vehículos eléctricos puros de batería, incluidos los de autonomía extendida, los híbridos enchufables con una autonomía mínima de 40 km, o los de pila de combustible.They must be pure battery electric vehicles, including extended-range ones, plug-in hybrids with a range of at least 40 km, or fuel cell vehicles.

Under Annex II of the General Vehicle Regulations, the 0 emissions label is for battery electric vehicles, extended-range electric vehicles, hydrogen vehicles, plug-in hybrids with a range of at least 40 km and fuel cell vehicles. Plug-ins with a shorter range, non-plug-in hybrids and gas vehicles get the ECO label.
