Explanation
Article 91.2 of the General Traffic Regulations considers that parking on central reservations, dividers, traffic islands or other traffic channelling features seriously obstructs traffic. The minimum distance to the opposite edge is 3 metres, not 5, and loading and unloading areas only count during their hours of use.
