Correct answer
- BNo.No.
No. A broken-down or crashed vehicle may only be towed by a vehicle prepared and authorised for roadside assistance, such as a tow truck, and not by just any vehicle. The old exception that allowed it to be towed to the nearest place outside motorways and dual carriageways no longer appears in Article 130 of the General Traffic Regulations.
