Correct answer

  • BEl de la derecha y el inmediato únicamente cuando las circunstancias del tráfico o de la vía lo aconsejen. The right-hand lane, and the next one only when traffic or road conditions make it advisable.
Explanation

Outside built-up areas, when a carriageway has three or more lanes in their direction, drivers of lorries with a maximum authorised mass of more than 3,500 kg, special vehicles that are not required to use the hard shoulder, and combinations of vehicles more than 7 metres long must normally drive in the lane furthest to the right. They may use the next lane to overtake or when traffic or road conditions make it advisable, as long as they do not obstruct a vehicle behind them. The other lanes are prohibited for them.
