Correct answer

Special vehicles or vehicles under special transport rules, among others, must use a rotating amber light, visible from all directions at 100 m, both by day and by night, whenever they travel on public roads at no more than 40 kilometres per hour. If this V-2 light signal breaks down, they must use dipped headlights together with the hazard warning lights. This light only shows where the vehicles are; it does not give them priority.
